You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation within 1-2 business days. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The exact timing of when the credit will appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that meet all requirements, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s).
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
